What You’ll Learn:
The current process of managing workers compensation risk and expense control is flawed. There are a myriad of strategies that can be employed that few have the expertise or time to implement. In addition; claims management can be a black box where employees and employers are often at a great disadvantage. The following is a list of some of the strategies we will cover that have been successful in creating a foundation of sustained workers compensation risk management and expense reduction for our clients:
Gaining greater accountability when it comes to claims payments and reserves, light duty and getting claims closed.
How to gain greater confidence that your injured workers are getting the best medical outcomes.
Help in hiring employees who are physically capable of doing the job.
Educating supervisors on the importance of their role before and after an injury occurs?
We will show you how we advocate for our clients and their injured employees.
