Adam currently serves as the Assistant Township Manager for the Township of Livingston NJ. He has over 20 years of experience as an external relations professional with experience in community and government relations, public relations and marketing, and event and facility management.

Jon currently serves as the County Finance Officer for the County of Bergen. Jon is also an instructor for Rutgers University, teaching the Municipal Finance courses to those seeking certification as CMFO’s in the State of NJ.

Carolyn currently serves as the Borough Administrator, Chief Financial Officer and Qualified Purchasing Agent for the Borough of Mount Arlington. Carolyn is also Chairwoman of the Morris County Municipal Joint Insurance Fund.

John is currently a shareholder at Capehart Scatchard. He represents employers in workers' compensation, ADA and FMLA matters. We represent many self-insured and insured entities in all venues in New Jersey. John also published a book on workers' compensation through the Institute of Continuing Legal Education entitled, “Geaney’s New Jersey Workers’ Compensation Manual for Practitioners, Adjusters and Employers.”

Thea currently works as the Director of Occupational Medical/Rehab for Jag-One Physical Therapy. She also has over 20 years of professional experience in the New Jersey Public sector claims management and managed care space.

Robert currently works as a Regional Sales Director at Inservco Insurance Services. Robert also has over 20 years of experience in the New Jersey public sector claims management and managed care network arena.

Kamini is a seasoned insurance professional with 20 years of industry experience, specializing in risk management and public entity insurance solutions. Kamini also manages day-to-day program administration and addresses coverage and risk management concerns for member municipalities for three Joint Insurance Funds.

Kamini holds an MBA in Public Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science from Berkeley College. Her professional designations include Associates in Insurance Data Analytics, Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter, Certified Insurance Counselor and is a Registered Municipal Clerk.

Jewel currently serves as the Assistant Business Administrator for the Township of Robbinsville.

Jewel has been a public servant for over 18 years and is a Certified Public Manager, SHRM. Certified as well as a Registered Employee Benefits Consultant.

Frank is a graduate of Drew University, Madison, NJ with a BA in Economics and Political Science. His extensive governmental experience has included service as a Congressional District Manager and a Municipal Business Administrator. His insurance career began at a relatively early period in the Joint Insurance Fund movement, where he served as an Account Manager for both Joint Insurance Funds (JIF’s), which provide Property, Casualty and Environmental Liability coverages and Health Insurance Funds (HIF’s), which provide Health Benefits for Public Employees to numerous municipalities throughout New Jersey.

Joy currently serves as an Business Administrator for Robbinsville Township.
