Mary Ann Kezmarsky, Ph.D,
President, Chief Clinical Officer, WCPN
Dr. Kezmarsky received her doctorate in psychology from Seton Hall University. She is an active lecturer and has made numerous professional presentations on issues pertaining to neuropsychology and psychology. She has served on a number of panels for Worker’s Compensation injuries, motor vehicle accidents (MVAs) and Independent Medical Examinations (IMEs). She has served as an expert witness for medical-legal issues, worker’s compensation, personal injury and malpractice suits. Licensed as a psychologist in New Jersey with a specialty in neuropsychology, Dr. Kezmarsky has proven business and professional leadership expertise as seen in her prior responsibilities as Senior Neuropsychologist and Clinical Coordinator of the JFK Johnson Rehabilitation Institute-Center for Head Injuries, Administrative Director of Cambridge Rehabilitation Services and as a member of the Ramapo College Foundation Board of Governors. She has over 30 years of experience in hospitals, mental health clinics, colleges and public schools and has been in private practice since 1991. Dr. Kezmarsky’s clinical research interests include diagnostic, prognostic and treatment issues pertaining to the minimally responsive patient, mild traumatic brain injury and the needs of the traumatically brain injured person. Her clinical work with catastrophic and serious injuries extends from 1986. Under her direction, the treatment records at WCPN address all the legal issues related to an injured worker’s projected length of needed care, maximal medical improvement, return to work prognosis and disability status. As a lead developer of WCPN’s rigorous protocols, Dr. Kezmarsky is committed to a transparent treatment regimen that ensures recovery that is sooner, faster and smarter.
Vinay Chopra, MD
Board-Certified and Fellowship-Trained Sports Medicine Physician, Genesis Orthopaedic and Spine
Dr. Chopra specializes in sports medicine, regenerative medicine, orthopedic injuries, and concussion management. He is also a credentialed ImPACT consultant and listed as a preferred provider on the Concussion Legacy Foundation website. Dr. Chopra is recognized as a Top Doctor for 2021 by NJ TopDocs, NJ Monthly Magazine Top Doctor for 2019, 2018, 2017, 2016, and also 2019 Physician of the Year by the state of NJ. He treats a range of conditions including sprains, strains, fractures, arthritis, joint disorders, rotator cuff tears, tennis elbow, golfers elbow, labral tears, meniscus tears, ligament injuries, tendon injuries, concussion, and other sports injuries. Dr. Chopra has extensive experience in musculoskeletal ultrasound guided injections, and various minimally invasive treatments such as TenJet® percutaneous tenotomy, IntraVu needle arthroscopy, platelet-rich plasma (PRP), Lipogems, and adipose and BMAC (bone marrow aspirate) mesenchymal cells therapies. Dr. Chopra earned his bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey. He then earned his medical degree with honors from Ross University School of Medicine before completing his residency in family and community medicine at the University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore. He then went on to complete fellowship training in sports medicine at Atlantic Health, Morristown Medical Center in New Jersey while serving as a team physician for the New York Jets NFL football team. Dr. Chopra’s experience with athletes also includes serving as team physician for multiple high schools and colleges, previously holding a medical director position for a minor league system of the Philadelphia Phillies, and currently serving as ringside physician certified in combat medicine for numerous mixed martial arts events including UFC, Cage Fury Fighting Championships, and Ring of Combat, and various boxing events.

John is currently a shareholder at Capehart Scatchard. He represents employers in workers' compensation, ADA and FMLA matters. We represent many self-insured and insured entities in all venues in New Jersey. John also published a book on workers' compensation through the Institute of Continuing Legal Education entitled, "Geaney's New Jersey Workers' Compensation Manual for Practitioners, Adjusters and Employers."
